Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Augusta, KS. Compensation: $68,000 – $78,000
Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Current and active state Physical Therapy license
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and use of physical agents as appropriate
- Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
- Ensure informed consent and clearly communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives
- Discharge patients when goals are achieved and provide recommendations or referrals as needed
