Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current and active state Physical Therapy license
  • Herman and Wallace Level 1 certification or equivalent continuing education required
  • Strong interest in pelvic health and outpatient rehabilitation
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and identify movement dysfunctions, pelvic floor impairments, and functional limitations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Provide one-on-one treatment interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and appropriate physical modalities
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and goals accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care to maximize outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home programs, pelvic health management, and recovery expectations
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate informed consent, treatment benefits, risks, and alternatives professionally and clearly
  • Discharge patients appropriately and provide ongoing wellness recommendations or referrals when necessary
