Compensation:
- Continuing education support and career development opportunities
- Base salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 annually
- Eligible for monthly bonus program

Education:
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current and active state Physical Therapy license
- Herman and Wallace Level 1 certification or equivalent continuing education required
- Strong interest in pelvic health and outpatient rehabilitation
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and identify movement dysfunctions, pelvic floor impairments, and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide one-on-one treatment interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and appropriate physical modalities
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and goals accurately and efficiently
- Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs, pelvic health management, and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Communicate informed consent, treatment benefits, risks, and alternatives professionally and clearly
- Discharge patients appropriately and provide ongoing wellness recommendations or referrals when necessary
