Job Description:

Pelvic Health PT by Phoenix seeking an outpatient pelvic health physical therapist that is engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long-term wellness in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Current and active state physical therapy license
  • Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification or equivalent CEU required
  • New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
  • Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
  • Ensure informed consent and clearly communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives
  • Discharge patients upon goal achievement and provide follow-up recommendations or referrals as needed
