As a Physical Therapist at Physical Therapy by Phoenix, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to understand their unique goals, identify movement limitations, and create personalized treatment plans that support meaningful recovery. Compensation:
- Base salary: $68,000–$78,000 annually

Education:
Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Current and active state physical therapy license
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
- Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
- Ensure informed consent by clearly communicating expected benefits, risks, and alternatives
- Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed
