Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments while assisting with patient intake and insurance information
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and communicate professionally with patients and team members

  • Update patient charts and complete routine administrative paperwork accurately
  • Utilize office software and equipment to perform daily administrative tasks efficiently

  • Maintain inventory and organization of office supplies
  • Assist with basic billing, payment processing, and insurance-related documentation
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Wash, fold, and restock clinic laundry as needed
  • Assist with training Rehabilitation Technicians on front office procedures at the home clinic
  • Support daily clinic operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience
