Physical Therapist Job in Derby, KS – Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an engaging and friendly outpatient Physical Therapist with a strong drive for delivering exceptional clinical quality. In this role, you will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs focused on improving function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term wellness in a patient-centered environment.

Salary: $68,000 – $78,000 with bonus opportunities
Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Current and active state physical therapy license
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and identify movement or functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical modalities
- Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
- Ensure informed consent by communicating treatment benefits, risks, and alternatives
- Discharge patients appropriately with recommendations or referrals as needed
